Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Italy is seeking a field-based Advanced Surgery sales professional to drive the adoption of hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion technologies across Sicily.

As a trusted partner to surgeons and hospital staff, you will manage key accounts, lead tender activities, and deliver value through clinical and operational outcomes. Travel to customers is required, and you will report to the Advanced Surgery Team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a scientific degree as per Italian legal requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco.
• Proven experience in Medical Products or drugs sales in a hospital environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Sicily by developing strategic account plans and opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Support launch and implementation of surgical solutions; demonstrate clinical and operational value.
• Maintain presence in operating rooms and healthcare facilities with product expertise.
• Lead tender activities and negotiate pricing with sales leadership.
• Leverage CRM tools and market insights to forecast and manage the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
