Schneider Electric in Italy seeks a Tender Manager to lead bids for energy automation solutions, coordinating technical and commercial offers and internal approvals, while engaging with clients to describe architecture that meets requirements.

You will build relationships with customers, partners, and excellence centres, promoting value and ensuring competitive proposals across key sectors in Italy.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering (automation, electric, computer science).
• Experience in energy automation projects and solutions.
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution (LV/MV) across Oil&GAS, Utility and electro‑intensive sectors.
• Familiarity with network architecture & communication protocols for electrical distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to improve a sales approach and to take a solutions‑oriented stance with customers.

Mansioni

• Tender management of the bid including technical and commercial offer development, internal approval process management.
• Open discussions with clients to describe Schneider Electric energy automation solutions and gather details for the best architecture to be competitive.
• Customer approach to convince them regarding the added value of the offer from technical and economical point of view.
• Build and maintain customer relationships from tendering perspective collaborating with the sales force.
• Build and maintain relationships with excellence centres and with partners (system integrators) in Italy.
