Schneider Electric in Italy seeks a Tender Manager to lead bids for energy automation solutions, coordinating technical and commercial offers and internal approvals, while engaging with clients to describe architecture that meets requirements.

You will build relationships with customers, partners, and excellence centres, promoting value and ensuring competitive proposals across key sectors in Italy.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering (automation, electric, computer science).
• Experience in energy automation projects and solutions.
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution (LV/MV) across Oil&GAS, Utility and electro‑intensive sectors.
• Familiarity with network architecture & communication protocols for electrical distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to improve a sales approach and to take a solutions‑oriented stance with customers.

What will you do?

• Tender management of the bid including technical and commercial offer development, internal approval process management;
• Open discussions with clients in order to describe and explain Schneider Electric energy automation solutions and get details in order to built best possible architecture with the goal to be competitive and satisfy client requirements;
• Costumer approach to convince them regarding the added value of the offer from technical and economical point of view;
• Built and maintain customer relationship from tendering perspective collaborating with sales force;
• Built and maintain relationship with excellence centres;
• Built relationship with partners (system integrators) on different areas in Italy.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• University Degree in Engineering (automation, electric, computer science)
• Previous experience in energy automations
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage) in different segments (OIL&GAS, UTILITY, ELECTRO-INTENSIVE)
• Knowledge of main network architecture & communication protocols for electrical distribution applications;
• Demonstrate an attidute to improve a sales approach.
• Able to take a solutions approach with customers in the integration of systems and products and understand the resources needed to accomplish that task effectively.
