Volkswagen Financial Services | Italy is seeking a detail-oriented accounts payable/receivable specialist for a 12-month contract in Lombardia, Italy. You will process invoices, maintain master data, and perform reconciliations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires an economics background, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English, with additional English as a plus. On-site work with access to the company canteen is provided.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or similar.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process and verify customer and supplier invoices.
• Process and update customer and vendor master data.

Booking daily transactions related to customers and suppliers,

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payables AP operations
