Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business or Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• One to three years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable by monitoring and managing vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely payments and addressing risk issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor invoice payment status.
• Act as a business partner with the procurement team and engage with the business to serve vendors.
• Escalate issues promptly and manage disputes.
• Analyse data and identify trends, provide reporting when needed.
• Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Proactively monitor purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• Process weekly vendor payments to guarantee due dates are met.
• Perform month end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits, ensuring compliance with controls and policies.
