Job summary

Euronext in Milan is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for a six-month internship. You will handle daily AP processing, vendor communications, and monthly closings, while partnering with procurement to drive smooth payments.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Business or Accounting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Process daily accounts payable by monitoring vendor invoices and expense reports.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor invoice payment status.
Partner with procurement and business teams to support vendors.
Escalate issues and manage invoice/payment disputes promptly.
Analyze data and provide reporting on AP activities when needed.
Maintain and update vendor master data.
Process weekly vendor payments to meet due dates.
Assist in internal/external audits and ensure controls compliance.
