Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Customer Care Technician to provide global technical support in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager and our engineering team. You will troubleshoot issues, document findings, and feed feedback to R&D to improve products and services.

The role requires clear communication with both technical and non-technical users and the ability to manage several tasks autonomously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in IT, Electronics or Telecommunications is required or higher qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer care or technical support.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers worldwide with the team.
• Diagnose, document and follow up on issues for timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to R&D to improve products and prevent issues.
• Support field installations and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
• Manage multiple activities while maintaining high service quality.
