Hyundai Motor UK Ltd. is seeking an Automotive Field Engineer to provide technical support to Hyundai’s dealer network and authorized workshops, ensuring resolution of technical issues per HQ guidelines.

You will contribute to performance monitoring, quality improvement and support for new model launches within a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service or automotive industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage technical hotline activities and elevate complex cases when required.
• Ensure the correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns.
• Translate technical documentation and communicate procedures and best practices across the dealer network.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses.
• Support technical projects, new model launches and the management of Service Special Tools.
• Participate in Hyundai Motor Europe technical training and development programs.

As Automotive Field Engineer, you will provide technical support to Hyundai’s dealer network and authorized workshops, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues in line with HQ guidelines. You will also contribute to technical performance monitoring, quality improvement and new model launches.

We want you to:

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage technical hotline activities and elevate complex cases when required.

About you:

• University Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or the automotive industry.
• Previous workshop or dealer network experience is considered a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and technical support operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
