Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company in Lombardia, Italy, invites a Technical Support Engineer to assist the dealer network and authorized workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting and adherence to HQ guidelines. You will support new model launches and monitor performance metrics.

You will engage in Technical Service Bulletins, service actions and recalls, translate documentation, and contribute to quality reporting and projects across Europe. Fluent English and automotive diagnostics knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or the automotive industry.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and technical support operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage technical hotline activities and elevate complex cases when required.
• Ensure the correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns.
• Translate technical documentation and communicate procedures and best practices across the dealer network.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses.
• Support technical projects, new model launches and the management of Service Special Tools.
• Participate in Hyundai Motor Europe technical training and development programs.
