MSX International is seeking an Automotive Technical Delegate to support dealerships and repairers, both on-site and remotely. You will diagnose complex electrical faults, use OEM tools like wiTECH and DiagBOX, and provide hands-on guidance to technicians across fleets.

Strong diagnostics experience, ability to read wiring diagrams, and collaboration with engineering teams are essential. This field-based role offers cross-country exposure and opportunities to improve repair performance.

Competenze

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service.
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams.
• Ability to support and guide technicians.
• Preferred: field-based or multi-site support with OEM/importer technical support background.

We’relooking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers withcomplex vehicle issues.

You’llbe the escalation point when otherscan’tfix it — helping reduce downtime and deliverfirst-time-right repairs.

Whatyou’lldo:

• Additional European languages are a plus
