Felicitysolar in Milan is seeking a customer-facing technical support engineer to handle troubleshooting, pre-sales support, and post-sales training for our solar products. This role involves travel within Italy and collaboration with sales and R&D to improve products and materials.

The role requires at least two years of related experience and fluency in Italian, Chinese and English; French is a plus. Salary is 2,000–3,500 EUR gross per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Troubleshooting: Conduct remote or on-site investigations to identify product issues, maintain system operation, and ensure customers can use the products effectively.
• 2. Pre-sales support: Prepare technical proposals, write bid documents, demonstrate product functions to customers, and assist sales in closing deals.
• 3. Post-sales training: Teach customers how to use the products, collect feedback and pass it on to the R&D department to improve the products.
• 4. Translation requirements for product and technical materials.

Requirement:

• 1. Be willing to accept business trips arranged by the Italy branch for the market area.
• 2. Have at least two years of relevant or similar work experience.
• 3. Priority will be given to those who have worked for Chinese companies and have experience in leading teams.
• 4. Italian, Chinese and English proficiency for daily communication. French is an added advantage.
