Abbott Laboratories in Italy seeks a Technical Service Specialist to perform planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), and provide first line service while assisting with installations and deinstallations.

You will work with hospital and lab staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to service KPIs across the district. A relevant engineering degree and 2–3 years of field experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Biotechnology or Clinical Engineering.

Mansioni

• Provides first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (interventions <4 hours).
• Schedules and performs planned maintenance activities.
• Assists with instrument installations and deinstallations.
• Success measured by customer satisfaction scores and service KPIs.
