The role supports installations, ensures high customer satisfaction, and contributes to service KPIs and profitability within the district.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience using analytical tools and technical software.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor).
• Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities.

Primary Objective

The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)
