Abbott in Milan seeks a flexible Service Engineer to support electrophysiology capital equipment across Italy and Emerging Markets, with wider EMEA exposure. The role is highly reactive, travel-heavy, and SLA-driven, requiring hands-on installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced medical systems.

You will collaborate with clinical, commercial and technical teams, manage preventive and break/fix tasks, and adapt to dynamic schedules in a cross-border environment.

Competenze

• Field service experience with medical devices preferred.
• Strong electronics and IT networking foundations.
• Experience working in hospital or clinical settings.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced electrophysiology systems.
• Support hardware, software, and hospital IT connectivity.
• Schedule planned PM work while responding to urgent break/fix within SLA.
• Prioritise workload based on customer-critical needs.
• Travel extensively (70%+) across multiple countries.
