Abbott Laboratories in Rome is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join our Technical Service team and support our customers with high-quality, reliable technical service.

You will perform planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, and support instrument installations and deinstallations, delivering reliable first-line service and contributing to customer satisfaction and service KPIs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience using analytical tools and technical software.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor).
• Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs).
• Support instrument installations and deinstallations.
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs, and the district’s growth.
