• Build knowledge of all SEL products and teach customers SEL technology and innovation.
• Develop, maintain and deliver quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.
• Analyze industry and customer trends and report findings.
• Collaborate to resolve customer feedback and product issues.
• Coordinate between customers, contracts & risk, and accounts receivable for commercial relations.
• Maintain CRM and sales activity records.
• Follow SEL Values and World-Class Manufacturing principles.
• Understand, Create, Simplify.
