Redline Group is partnering with a global leader in electronics distribution seeking a technically minded professional to move into a commercial Technical Sales role supporting the Italian market from Milan on a hybrid basis.

The role is ideal for Electronics Engineers, Applications Engineers, Field Engineers or similar technical professionals looking to build a career in technical sales, business development and account management, working with customers across Italy and exposure to Test &

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or instrumentation.
• Experience in technical environments such as electronics, field engineering or technical support.
• Interest in moving into technical/commercial sales role.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business and increase market share across Italy.
• Identify and qualify new customer and commercial opportunities.
• Use your technical understanding to understand customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Build and develop relationships with engineers, technical stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an active, unassigned customer base.
• Work closely with internal sales, applications and technical teams to maximise opportunities.
• Support key accounts and larger commercial opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of Test & Measurement products and their applications.
• Progress opportunities through the sales process from initial engagement through to conversion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and provide regular reporting.
