Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH in Milan seeks a sales engineer to develop the Italian market, acting as the product expert for passive components and supporting distributor and sales teams. You will deliver trainings, coordinate design-in activities, and nurture customer relationships to grow demand and POS in the region.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years in a sales-driven or engineering position with customer interaction, plus fluency in Italian and English.

• Drive business development in Italy by identifying, qualifying and acquiring new opportunities and markets.
• Act as product expert for passive components and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Enable and support distributors and sales teams through joint visits, consulting and local support.
• Deliver technical trainings to distributors and FAE community to highlight product USPs.
• Coordinate design-in activities with distributors, ensuring project follow-up and conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solution-oriented advice while maintaining relationships.
