Job summary

Phenomenex, part of Danaher’s life sciences group, is hiring an Account Manager for Southern Italy on a fixed-term contract. You will maintain key accounts, provide advanced technical support, and drive sales in the territory while collaborating with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor’s degree and chromatography experience are preferred. The role offers a base salary range of €40,000–€57,000 with bonus eligibility, company car, and home office allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science.
• Ability to analyze and negotiate while guiding groups.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation for sales.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with key accounts beyond buying level.
• Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit and unit goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on business plans and strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
