Phenomenex, part of Danaher, is seeking an Account Manager on a fixed-term contract to maintain and grow key accounts in Italy, covering the Southern region while working remotely.

The role requires a chemistry/biology background, strong sales discipline, and fluency in Italian and English; travel 10–20% and a base salary between €40,000 and €57,000 with a €21,000 bonus, plus a company car and home office allowance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science required.
• Ability to analyze and facilitate dialogue; negotiate effectively.
• Strong strategic planning and resource allocation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation.
• Good chromatography knowledge; 2+ years in lab/science sales.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.
