Phenomenex is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Northern Italy region on a fixed-term contract. You will maintain key accounts, deliver technical information, and build strategic relationships with decision makers to meet sales targets.

The role reports to the District Sales Manager and is performed remotely to cover customers in Northern Italy, with travel expected (10–20%). Fluent Italian and English are required, along with a chemistry/biology background.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science.
• Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue and negotiate with others.
• Ability to plan and allocate resources to meet business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography with 2+ years in lab/science product sales.
• Strong Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Build account relationships with key decision makers.
• Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit and unit goals.
