GWM Italia is seeking an experienced professional for an aftersales technical support role in Milano. You will handle dealer technical problems, input system requirements, and assist in training development and after-sales education.

The role requires 5+ years in vehicle aftersales, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Italian. A rigorous, independent work style in a dynamic environment is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Deal with dealers' online and offline technical problems.
• Responsible for technical support system requirement input.
• Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training.
• Responsible for the verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Follow-up and management of technical data.
• Responsible for the establishment of technical case database.
• Monitor and solve market quality issue.
• Responsible for handling and improving quality problems.
