MSX International is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist located in Turin, Italy. You will support dealerships and repairers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.

Your role includes using OEM tools for diagnostics, coaching technicians, and creating technical reports. A strong background in technical support and automotive diagnostics, along with proficiency in English, is essential.

Competenze

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or workshop/field service.
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults.
• Create clear technical reports and case updates.
