Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our Italian Dealer network from Milan. You will diagnose complex vehicle faults, guide dealers through difficult repairs, and work closely with Lotus Head Office to improve first-time fix rates.

This hands-on role requires fluent Italian and English, strong diagnostic skills across electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, and the ability to train dealer technicians in diagnostic methods.

Competenze

• Proven field service experience in automotive or similar Aftersales
• Strong diagnostic capability across electrical, electronic and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience coaching or mentoring technicians
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license

Mansioni

• Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle faults on-site with dealers
• Support dealer repairs when standard diagnostics do not resolve issues
• Analyse field data and repair histories to identify root causes
• Provide guidance on repair methods, diagnostics and fault-finding techniques
• Coach dealer technicians to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality
• Collaborate with Head Office Technical Support to escalate and resolve issues
• Support dealer training plans and field improvement initiatives
• Assist Warranty and Quality teams with technical investigations
