Beko Europe is seeking a Talent & Development Process Specialist to support operational delivery of the Talent, Learning and Employee Experience agenda across Europe. You will coordinate programmes, manage training calendars and report on KPIs within a multinational setting.

The role requires 1-2 years in HR/LD, strong Excel/PowerPoint and fluent English and Italian, with an emphasis on collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in HR, Talent, Learning or related function.
• Experience coordinating learning programmes or HR projects.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Analytical skills and HR data reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; HR systems familiarity.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Pillar Leads.
• Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives across Europe.
• Support facilitation, logistics and project management of talent programmes.
• Produce quarterly training and sustainability reporting.
• Coordinate Italy-based funded training programmes and partnerships.
• Support internship activities across Europe and onboarding processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI, automation and digital technologies.
