SD Worx Milano is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training across Italian and English, guiding managers through organisational change. You will drive data-informed L&D projects and act as the Talent SPOC to align initiatives with business needs.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with travel across Europe and a clear pathway in Talent Development. Bachelor’s degree and strong facilitation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent Italian and English both required for training delivery.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels.
• Resilience and confidence in environments with change or resistance.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Balance empathy with a results-oriented mindset.
