LDF Studio is seeking a Studio Manager to be on site at our Milan studio, taking ownership of daily operations and working closely with leadership. The role focuses on studio workflow, client relations, and driving CRM-driven new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, autonomous, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mac, Google Workspace, calendars, PM tools, and CRM platforms is required.

Competenze

• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong organizational autonomy, initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in creative studios, agencies, or similar environments is valued.

Mansioni

• Studio organisation: coordinate workflow, plan activities and schedules, oversee priorities and deliverables.
• Client relations: act as day-to-day contact, gather requests, manage communications and meetings.
• CRM and new business: maintain contact database, coordinate outreach, and support leadership in identifying prospects.
