Dassault Systèmes in Milan is seeking a Facility Specialist to manage daily facilities and workplace operations across the region, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. You will oversee safety, space allocation, and equipment inventory while striving for cost efficiency and service quality.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities management, fluency in Italian and English (French a plus), and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in Facility Management or similar.
• Experience with external suppliers and contractors.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across the region.
• Coordinate external suppliers and service providers (maintenance, security, utilities, catering).
• Support space allocation, equipment inventory and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, working with HSE, Real Estate, HR, Legal and others.
• Travel to other European offices ~twice a year.
