Docebo is seeking a hands-on Workplace & Office Operations professional for our Milan hub. You will lead daily operations, elevate the employee and guest experience, and own the engagement calendar with events and wellness initiatives.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in workplace management, office operations, hospitality, or employee experience.
• Hospitality-first mindset with energy that elevates room dynamics and morale.
• Experience designing, planning, and hosting creative employee events.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiations, project management, and issue resolution.
• Proactive ownership and ability to collaborate with global teams.

• Own daily Milan office operations and elevate employee and visitor experience to world-class standards.
• Create a warm, guest-centric environment that welcomes and inspires everyone.
• Own the office engagement calendar with themed events, cultural celebrations, social gatherings, and wellness initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end events: concept, budget, sourcing vendors, catering, decor, setup, and onsite hosting.
• Develop programming that fosters cross-team connection and active office participation.
• Oversee facilities vendors, maintenance, supplies, access, and security with accurate invoicing and forecasting.
• Partner with local leadership and global teams to plan space, emergency readiness, and branding installations.
