Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Lombardy to drive adoption, retention and value realization for our customers. You will liaison between customers, account managers and technical support to align strategy with sales goals.

You will develop value assessments, nurture executive relationships, and guide renewals while delivering training on AvePoint products. Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English is required along with strong technical consulting and solutions engineering

Qualifications

Multiple years of experience in technical consulting or related roles.
Strong background in customer success, adoption and retention.
Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop a value assessment program to support onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Provide technical guidance through the customer technical account portfolio.
Align AvePoint products to meet the customer business needs.
Create individualized success plans using NPS and data.
Collaborate with account managers to drive renewals and upsell.
Lead product overviews and training sessions for clients.
Deliver basic technical consultancy on AvePoint products.
