Legora, a fast-growing AI-native legal tech company, seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale activities for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams in the EMEA region. You will drive adoption, health, and commercial outcomes through automated and high-touch interactions, balancing tech with strategic oversight.

You will own the scaled onboarding, enablement, and change-management motions, coordinating across Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable programs for large customer bases.
• Ability to deliver adoption, renewal, and expansion at scale.
• Strong communication in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion for a large portfolio across EMEA.
• Improve adoption playbooks and enablement for Legora customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate success.
• Monitor adoption signals and manage renewal/expansion cycles.
• Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap input.
• Lead program health with data-driven reviews.
