Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale, end-to-end lifecycle for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving adoption, ROI, and commercial outcomes through scalable processes and automation, while reserving high-touch interactions for critical moments.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support and Legal teams to deliver measurable value,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering programs for large customer bases.
• Proven ability to build repeatable adoption playbooks at scale.
• 3+ years in scaled/digital customer success or related field.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion.
• Owns commercial metrics and renewal motions.
• Technical fluency with CS/CRM tooling, LMS, data viz.
• Strong data-driven approach to health, forecasting and strategy.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills.
• High EQ and startup-minded.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams in EMEA.
• Improve scaled adoption playbook for onboarding, enablement, and change management.
• Execute playbook with automated touchpoints from rollout to firm-wide adoption.
• Facilitate strategic touchpoints with high-stakes accounts and surface opportunities.
• Drive programmatic operating cadence with templates, training and value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and flag risks in internal systems.
• Own renewals and expansions as repeatable motions using data.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support.
• Translate feedback into roadmap and enablement with product teams.
