Legora is seeking a Head of Legal Engineering for Italy, based in Milan, to establish the commercial and delivery engine for the Italian market. You will set the craft bar, build the team and Team Lead layer, and partner with Go-to-Market and Engagement on high-stakes engagements.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs and shape Legora's AI/Legal strategy for Italy, while ensuring alignment with global standards and revenue objectives.

Competenze

• Qualified to practise law in Italy with substantial legal, legal-operations or legal-technology experience.
• Experience building and leading teams, operating models or market functions.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.

Mansioni

• Stand up the Legal Engineering function for Italy from the Milan office, including its operating rhythm and capacity model.
• Hire exceptional Legal Engineers and future leaders; own the quality bar from sourcing to ramp.
• Build a manager layer of Team Leads with clear succession paths to reduce dependence on you over time.
• Give direct, evidence-based feedback; coach performance and set clear expectations.
• Partner with local commercial leadership on priority accounts, pilots and rollouts; drive revenue-linked delivery.
• Translate recurring client patterns into clear input for Product and shape AI/legal work strategy for Italy.
• Create clean handoffs across Go-to-Market, Legal Engineering and Engagement to align momentum and outcomes.
