Job summary

Lexroom Srl is seeking a high-impact SMB outbound leader to drive revenue for its B2B SaaS platform in Italy. The role combines strategic design of outbound processes with hands-on coaching of AE teams and multi-channel prospecting.

You will own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships and Product to maximize ARR growth.

Hybrid role based in Italy with a focus on Milan/Rome, offering competitive compensation and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven SMB outbound sales leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on outbound expertise: run sequences, cold calls, and teach prospecting that converts.
• Coaching mindset: diagnose performance gaps quickly and coach with structure.
• Metrics-driven operator: fluent in funnel math and forecasting.
• Tool fluency: CRM data quality and sequencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own SMB outbound revenue targets and lead full-cycle AE coaching.
• Build the outbound operating system: ICP segmentation, territory design, multi-channel outreach.
• Recruit AEs; create ramp plans with milestones.
• Lead weekly rhythms (WBR) and diagnose root causes of underperformance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships and Product for feedback and alignment.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, disciplined sequencing, and reporting.
