The role spans service management, project governance, operations, and people leadership, focusing on ITIL/ISO 20000, vendor management, risk control, and continuous improvement to support enterprise and wholesale customers.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in telco/ICT service delivery.
• Experience in senior leadership roles and executive sponsorship.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at the executive level.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and project management methodologies.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end service delivery performance across telco and ICT portfolios.
• Provide executive oversight of delivery projects and governance.
• Lead Service Management & Operations aligned to ITIL/ISO 20000 best practices.
• Oversee vendor/partner performance and financial forecasting.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Drive productivity through automation and process optimisation.

Formazione

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business, or related field
