Experteer Italy seeks an accomplished Program Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale network and security infrastructure programs from Milan. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, drive architecture decisions, manage risks, and ensure contract-aligned delivery.

This is a high-impact role shaping secure infrastructure for a global technology partner. The ideal candidate has 18–20+ years in program management, strong leadership, and deep technical knowledge in network

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security infrastructure programs.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery aligns with contracts and program objectives. You will drive solution architecture, risk management, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional teams. • Serve as the primary single point of contact for the customer and internal teams regarding program delivery
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of network and security infrastructure services aligned with contractual commitments
• Lead program organization and coordinate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and QA teams
• Obtain client signoff for functional specifications and recommend change requests for scope changes
• Drive solution architecture, feasibility studies, and due diligence for program requirements
• Manage technical interfaces, integration, and acceptance criteria across projects
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements, information security plans, and service management plans
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain program documentation including SOW, estimations, program charter, escalation matrices, and delivery reports
• 18–20+ years in managing large-scale network and security infrastructure programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure technologies and service delivery models
• Experience in program management, solution architecture, and technical integration
• Ability to manage contractual commitments, compliance, and QA processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Certifications in program/project management (e.g., PgMP/DM)
