Deltatre in Italy is seeking a Technical Delivery Director to own end-to-end delivery for client programmes, guiding six squads totaling around 40–45 engineers and aligning architectural decisions with product strategy. You will mentor delivery leaders and ensure high-quality execution across the portfolio.

This on-site role reports to the SVP of Engineering Delivery and involves governance, client liaison, capacity planning, and multi-tenant platform experience. CCNL Commercio applies.
