The Member Company. in Milano is seeking an IT Business Liaison who will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, translating strategic needs into actionable IT initiatives and guiding projects from intake to delivery.

You will collect and translate requirements, assess the IT demand pipeline, define scope and governance, monitor progress and risks, and report status to ensure successful delivery and alignment of IT solutions with business goals.

• Collect, analyse, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements and project proposals.
• Assess, prioritise, and manage the IT demand pipeline in line with business value, strategic objectives, available capacity, and dependencies.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and alignment of IT solutions with business expectations.
