Job summary

Everpure, a Pure Storage subsidiary, is seeking a Sales Operations Partner for Italy & Iberia to ensure accurate forecasting, healthy pipelines and actionable business reviews. You will work with country and district managers to translate regional priorities into consistent execution.

You will report to the Director, EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, Planning and HR to align priorities and drive results. Italian and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics in tech
• Experience partnering with sales managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong forecasting, pipeline, territory and quota knowledge
• Excellent analytical and data modeling skills
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to challenge senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country and District Managers on operational analysis and execution
• Prepare and inspect weekly forecast and pipeline, flag risks and movements
• Run district business review cadence with KPI analysis and actions
• Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion, seller productivity and territory performance for gaps
• Contribute to annual and in-year GTM territory and quota analysis
• Coordinate rollout of GTM/process changes with Regional Sales Operations
• Maintain CRM and forecast hygiene and fix data quality issues
