Grundfos is seeking an External Sales Team Leader in Italy to guide a high-performing sales team across key customer segments. You will drive profitable growth, lead regional strategies, and strengthen customer relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Support teams to deliver sustainable results.

The role demands a proven record in B2B sales leadership, building capability in dispersed teams, and leveraging CRM tools to forecast and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building teams.
• Experience with remote or geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop an external sales team to meet growth objectives.
• Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Grundfos priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, pipeline, and reviews to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Internal Sales to optimize execution.
• Identify new opportunities and growth potential in the territory.
• Drive CRM adoption and improve forecasting accuracy.
