BD is a leading global medical technology company, based in Europe, seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager Interventional Europe to shape pricing and commercial decisions.

You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to implement pricing strategies that drive profitable growth across Europe.

The role requires a strong analytics mindset, governance experience, and fluency in English, with a base in Italy and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing, analytics, or finance experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Experience with pricing governance, international organisations, and pricing strategy development.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Own development and implementation of pricing strategies for assigned product portfolio.
• Lead regional pricing governance, price corridors, approvals, and exceptions.
• Chair regional pricing council and follow up on actions.
• Identify revenue and margin improvements and drive actions with stakeholders.
• Translate pricing insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from identification to implementation.
