Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Pricing & Contracts Manager Europe for Shockwave Medical to be located in Italy. The role drives pricing analytics, value-based pricing, and contract streamlining across the cardiovascular portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems. This hybrid/remote position may require up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field required.
• 10+ years pricing, finance or analytics in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proficient in data analysis and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing strategy development and contract management for cardiovascular portfolio.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing, Market Access.
• Develop and implement contract lifecycle processes and risk assessments.
• Mentor team members; manage performance and timelines within budgets.
