Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA) is seeking a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team in a hybrid role based in Vimercate. This position supports the Head of Consumer Pricing in defining and evolving the European pricing strategy and acts as a key contact for assigned regions to drive its implementation in the markets.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Strong Excel, PowerBI, and data-modeling capabilities.
• English language proficiency; other European languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the European Consumer pricing strategy.
• Serve as main pricing contact for assigned regions.
• Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and initiatives.
• Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases.
• Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Demand Planning and LSCM.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategy and financial targets.
• Support commercial decisions balancing market opportunities and constraints.
