Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Pricing & Contracting Manager Europe to lead pricing strategies and streamline contracting for its cardiovascular portfolio in Europe. The role requires 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance or analytics within healthcare, and a strong ability to collaborate across Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing and Market Access.

The role is hybrid/remote depending on location, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Proficiency in data analysis and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, ability work independently, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• This is a hybrid/remote role, depending on location and business needs.
• Travel up to 20% may be required for business meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.
• English fluent required

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing analyses and contract terms for regional portfolio.
• Support development and execution of pricing strategies for profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales and Marketing.
• Lead or support contract lifecycle management processes and renewals.
• Drive process improvements and adherence to policies across teams.
• Ensure compliance with company Credo and leadership imperatives.
• Oversee risk assessments related to pricing and contracts.
