Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Pricing & Contracts Manager Europe to support pricing strategies and contract lifecycle management for its cardiovascular portfolio in Italy. The role partners with Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing and Market Access to drive profitability.
The position requires 10+ years in pricing/finance analytics within healthcare, and a strong proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of pricing, finance, or analytics in medical devices/healthcare.
- Strong data analysis and risk mitigation skills.
- Proficient with pricing/ERP/CRM systems and contract management software.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Lead pricing analytics and contract management initiatives.
- Manage pricing proposals for go-to-market speed and wins.
- Oversee contract lifecycle processes and policy updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional input with Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Drive process improvements and risk assessments within the team.
- Ensure team performance, budgeting, and compliance.
