Job summary

Pharmanovia is seeking a Global Pricing Strategy & Southern Europe Market Access professional to lead market access initiatives for Italy and Spain and key global projects. The role requires strong experience in pricing, reimbursement, and HTA processes, with a focus on government and payer engagement across Europe.

You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Finance teams to translate complex healthcare and pricing considerations into practical market access solutions, while

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years’ experience in country-level Market Access within pharma/healthcare.
• Strong pharmaceutical commercial background with Market Access, pricing and reimbursement expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Italian and Spanish healthcare systems and Market Access environments.
• Understanding of pricing and reimbursement frameworks across Italy and Spain (national, regional, local).
• Proven experience engaging and negotiating with healthcare authorities, payers and hospital administrators.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Market Access strategy for Pharmanovia products in Italy and Spain, plus global projects.
• Lead and support pricing and reimbursement activities, ensuring timely submissions.
• Develop relationships with government authorities, payers and decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Support national HTA submissions and pricing strategies, coordinating with local stakeholders.
