Worldpay in Milan is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our expanding EMEA Commercial team to drive revenue growth by selling products and services and managing named accounts. You will be the primary liaison between client and Worldpay, aligning client technology with Global Payments strategy and coordinating on-site meetings with executives.

The role requires fluent Italian, experience with merchants/partners, and strong negotiation and communication skills to support global payment

Competenze

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Fluent Italian speaker is essential based in Milan
• Experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

Mansioni

• Manage the Italian Government and other European based clients.
• Acts as primary liaison between client and Worldpay and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Worldpay offices and Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
