HiPay Italia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality solutions. You will lead pre-sales consulting, advise on best practices for payment integrations, and manage client delivery from onboarding onward.

The role requires strong communication, project orchestration skills, and a technical background. Knowledge of CMS platforms like Magento or Prestashop is a real asset for effective integration testing.

• Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase.
• Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions.
• Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward.
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients.
• Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester.
• Monitor potential technical developments for clients.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process.
• Manage internal communication with various teams.
• Act as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem and coordinate investigations with issuers, acquirers, and partners.
