Sangfor Technologies in Milan seeks an IT pre-sales engineer to identify requirements, develop technology strategies, map client needs, articulate risks, propose approaches, and plan full project lifecycles.

You will prepare business-value solutions, draft proposals, deliver presentations, conduct proofs-of-concept when needed, and coordinate with HQ to optimize features while supporting partners’ presales and training; English is the working language and there is a strong growth focus.

Competenze

• Experience in IT industry as pre-sales is required; solid knowledge of network best practices.
• Understanding of virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, cloud computing.
• Knowledge of mainstream virtualization or HCI solutions (VMware, Simplivity, Nutanix).
• Certifications (e.g., VMware VCP/VCAP, AWS/Azure) preferred.

• Identify requirements and business opportunities; map client requirements; plan full project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver business-value solutions; write proposals; present; conduct proofs-of-concept when needed.
• Understand main industries infrastructure requirement; propose technical solutions and estimate resources.
• Prepare technical documents; coordinate with HQ to optimize product features.
• Responsible for partner's technical and presales personnel training and support.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
