WIIT, a leading Italian cloud provider, seeks a Cloud Solution Architect in Milan. The role includes structuring value-driven solutions for customers, responding to tenders, and drafting technical offers. Requires 2+ years in pre-sales, strong English, and extensive cloud/platform knowledge.

The position is based in Milan with six remote days per month and frequent client visits. Salary range €45,000–€55,000 gross per year, per Italian pay framework.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles.
• Strong Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to business buyers.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer objectives, requirements and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
• Support design of technical solutions per WIIT methodology and service positioning.
• Assist Sales and Channel Partners through all sales phases and customer management.
• Proactively propose new solutions aligned with cloud service evolution.
• Collaborate with Project, Service Delivery and Operations teams during implementation phases.
• Draft technical offer documents and presentations for WIIT services.
